- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I bought a walk in bath from Carlisle D.I.Y at a very heavily discounted price. I travelled from Manchester to Goole to collect because the price was so good. However when it was fitted the thermostatic valve did not work. When I contacted Steve his customer service was second to none. He provided a replacement valve and travelled from Goole to Manchester to remove the faulty valve and fit the new valve. I cannot thank Steve highly enough, he went out of his way to resolve the matter, which included a 160 mile round trip. I have given Carlisle D.I.Y. a 5 star review , if i could I would give 10 Stars.By Admin, July 23, 2018
